B. Vishwanathan is an experienced Finance Professional who has had extensive experience in top management executive positions across Manufacturing, Engineering and ITES industries. Vishwanathan is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras (Chemical Engineering) and a Gold Medallist from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. Besides Finance, he has a wide experience in the field of Risk Management, Financial Strategy and Capital Markets. In his long corporate career he has worked with leading corporates such as Asian Paints, Best & Crompton Engineering and HCL Technologies BPO. He has also been a Management Consultant to several companies in the areas of Business Process Engineering and Integrated Software Solution Development. He is currently a Research Scholar in IIT Madras, pursuing his PhD in Finance. Vishwanathan advises us on Finance and Strategy.
Shanker Ramamurthy is a distinguished thought leader in the world of Financial Services and Technology having more than 25 plus years of experience with some of the leading organizations in the world. Shanker has worked with CXOs of leading organizations in the world during his distinguished career in Consulting and led many transformational changes for client organizations. He has extensive P&L leadership experience driving profitable growth in 100+ countries. Shanker has been a leading pioneer in terms of thought leadership and holds patents in the area of Component Business Modeling – a comprehensive framework for enterprises to operationalize strategy. In his career he has held several important CXO level leadership positions and roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM and Thomson Reuters. In his last assignment, he was the President, Global Growth and Operations, Thomson Reuters. Shanker is an alumnus (MBA) of IIM, Ahmedabad and University of New South Wales, Australia where he did his Masters in Information Science. He is a distinguished speaker and writer and has written, spoken and been a panelist in Euromoney and World Economic Forum. Shanker advises us on Strategy, Business Model, Client Value Creation and Investor Management.
